My favorites are felt projects. Toys, felt food, and flowers.
I also love anything recycled, reused, repurposed, or redone. I like putting old things, things that even look like garbage, toward something beautiful. The hard part is that I hang on to a lot of stuff when I should really just toss it thinking it would be useful someday.
And I also have a list as long as the Mississippi of things I need to do that aren't craft related:
- Study for the GRE and then take it!
- Get a new job
- Clean my house
- Sell things on Craigslist
- Research schools for graduate programs
- Read endless lists of books
- See this movie or that movie
- Make this or that project....
It all gets rather jumbled- I'm trying to just focus on all that I can do with the energy I have and somedays I don't have enough energy to think. So with spring on it's way, I'm excited for using up a lot of my supplies for projects I've already started. I have a few I'm committed to finishing soon.
Until then, Kris and I are trying are darnedest to get some of our unused and useless trash onto the treasure trove that is Craigslist. Here's to a busy and productive weekend!
